Blue Point Architecture is an award winning full service architecture and interior design firm. One of the common threads between our projects is a strong belief in reinvention and reuse. Our process is collaborative with an emphasis on sustainable design. We strive for timeless, simple, elegant design solutions that are informed by a projects program and unique site conditions. Our work has been featured in a variety of publications including the Los Angeles Times and Pasadena magazine. The founder, Wayne Schlock, received his Bachelors of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute and his Master of Architecture degree from UCLA. He has worked in the Architecture profession since 1984 and became a licensed Architect in California in 1997. Wayne is a member of the American Institute of Architects, has served on the board of the Oaks Homeowners Association and is a former member of the Urban Land Institute and the Fairfax Business Association.
